The Society supports the developer’s objectives, which are to improve connectivity to both Temple Quays and Cabot Circus with a high quality, cost and energy effective sustainable design.
The Society has submitted a response to the consultation on the Temple Quarter Spatial Framework. The Framework “is an important planning tool to guide and shape new development in the area”.
The Clifton Suspension Bridge Trust wants to replace the toll booth accommodation at either end of the bridge. It is seeking designs which meet contemporary staff standards, enable operational requirements.

A proposal to provide an 86-bed care home in Land at Home Gardens, Blackboy Hill – Redland Hill. The Society has suggested improvements to the scheme.

Cordwell Developments is currently considering proposals for the redevelopment / refurbishment of these important dock-side sheds on Welsh Back, which are currently in a very poor state of repair, have been vacant and out of use for years.
The Society has responded to the Council’s consultation on Castle Park improvements. The purpose of the consultation is to consult on the details of proposals previously agreed, and to seek views on additional proposals.
Bouygues Development (BD) has acquired the right to develop the site of the former Central Ambulance Station (the site) tendered for sale by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). The HCA tender required the site to deliver high density new housing.
