The Society remains concerned about the neighbourhood impact of proposals for the development of 122 Bath Road and cannot support the revised application.

The Civic Society’s Major Sites Group has sent a strongly worded objection to the proposed development on Waterfront Place.

The Civic Society welcomes the development of this underused site but has concerns over the height of the northern end of the scheme.
