Baltic Wharf and Romney House Zoom event: 14th October 2020

Proposed homes in Lockleaze at Romney House

Bristol Civic Society has organised a Zoom online presentation by Stephen Baxter MD of Goram Homes along with his colleague Geoff Fox, Partnership Director. Goram Homes was founded in 2018 by Bristol City Council to increase the provision of new homes in the city and to meet affordable housing requirements without compromising on build quality. Participants in the Zoom meeting will hear about the formation of the company, its role, how it will be going about its business, and its future plans. Particular focus will be on two ongoing developments: the former caravan site at Baltic Wharf designed to deliver 150 new homes, and the brownfield site in Lockleaze at Romney House where 268 new high quality homes are planned. More details on the Goram Homes website.
