As part of Walk Fest Simon Birch will lead two walks, labelled under the Bristol Civic Society

- Tuesday 19th May 6.00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Sunday 24th May 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
An introduction to the history of this once important industry told through its
buildings. Starting at Castle Park you will travel through Redcliffe Street, where
mechanised cigarette production began, along East Street (factory No 1) to end
at the Tobacco factory in Ashton Gate.

Finishing Point: Tobacco Factory, Raleigh Road, BS3 1TF
