Francis Greenacre will lead a tour of Merchants Hall, home of the Society of Merchant Venturers. Located in private grounds just a short walk from Clifton village, the magnificent Merchants’ Hall is an imposing, detached house.
Following the tour Francis, a Merchant Venturers member since 1995, will answer questions on the contemporary and historic activities of the Society. Francis has been closely involved with the work of the Society, serving on the Standing Committee, the Almshouse sub-committee, the Downs Committee and the Collections and Heritage Committee.
