The Society has a number of concerns about a proposal to redevelop an existing 3-storey office building into a purpose-built student housing scheme.

Legal & General present their proposals for the development of Temple Island, including new homes, office buildings, retail space and a new hotel.

We support in principle this project to provide residential units and commercial floorspace but we have major concerns.
