Behind the Scenes at Bristol’s Treasure House of Industrial, Transport and Maritime History.
We are organising two visits to the M Shed storeroom, where many maritime and industrial objects of local interest are kept. Our city’s industrial history is viewable and often surprising.
The M Shed museum runs occasional ‘behind the scenes’ tours of the M Shed, which is located on the harbourside at Wapping Wharf.
The two viewings will be guided by Ed Hall, familiar to Bristol Civic Society members, and rightly famous for his exotic shirts and knowledgeable comments.
The visits will take place on 7th and 21st November and will cost £5. Members will be invited by email to book.
