An alternative approach to development
Kings Weston House, St Michaels on the Mount Without and the much loved historic public house, The Lamplighters, have over the last few years all been restored and put to viable use. The common link is that all these landmarks, along with the Wesleyan chapel at Filton, are projects carried out by Bristol Historic Buildings a team led by Norman Routledge.
The approach to development for these schemes has to some degree differed from traditional practice. Norman Routledge will tell us about his methods and talk us through his work on these buildings and possible ideas for future projects.
