Conservation architect and local historian David Martyn will recount the story of the discovery of the true architect of Temple Meads and will tell us about the man responsible and why he remained forgotten until today. He will also explain the fascinating history of Brislington Tram Depot, a building at the vanguard of transport technology when when it first opened. Yet it has a much wider history, including that of cars and planes, as well as trams and buses.
