City-wide Planning Policy

The government is forcing unrealistic housing targets on the Regional Spatial Strategy.  We campaign for in-city development before urban extensions.  The city council is drawing up its city-wide plan – the Core Strategy.  It has issued a Call for Sites to help evaluate the scope for in-city development.
