into the sky each year?
 Although usually
thought to be the purview of astronomers, the consequences of inappropriate and
inadequate public lighting are far-reaching. Mr. Mizon discusses issues including: light trespass, glare and safety,
clutter and confusion, energy waste, wildlife, and CO2 pollution."
