Criteria

Awards are given for:

  • New or renovated buildings

  • Improvements in spaces between buildings, parks and open spaces

  • New or renovated murals or monuments

  • Imaginative use or adaptation of buildings no longer required for their original purpose.

Winners come to a presentation ceremony (usually in November) and receive a plaque and certificate.
